About Wall Volleyball

I am a self-taught Pro-Level beach volleyball player. Before playing volleyball, I was a professional basketball player and then when I finished playing basketball, I switched over to the sport of Beach Volleyball.

Having never played before, I had a lot of ground to make up. I didn’t want to pay for an expensive trainer, but I wanted to get better fast! That is when I decided to start using a wall to help work on my game. I started out as an A-level player, but within a couple of years, I was already winning Open Tournaments, and I know I couldn’t have done it without wall volleyball drills.

I am now looking to continue to play AVP events and continue to develop myself as a player, but I also want ANY player who has the drive and hunger to get better to have access to all of the drills that have helped me get to where I am today as a player, and that are helping me continue to improve on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis!

No, you do not have to have a partner. The great thing about our volleyball training plan is that you can do it completely on your own. Yes, we do offer partner volleyball workouts, but those are supplement workouts that you can add on to your solo volleyball training plan.

Yes, absolutely! The wall volleyball app includes wall drills, solo stationary drills, solo beach drills, and more. With hundreds of drills and a large selection of workout plans, you will have plenty of variety in your skill development. This will allow you to work on all of the different volleyball skills you want to improve on without needing a partner. 

It definitely will help to have access to a wall, but there is still plenty of workouts that you can do without a wall. So if there is a day that you can’t get to the wall, you can still develop your game and work on your volleyball skills.

Yes! Along with offering a number of great volleyball drills that you can do on the wall, we also offer solo volleyball drills (no wall needed), partner volleyball drills, vertical jump drills, footwork drills, and more!
